If you have any issues with QuickMiner, please make sure that:
- there is no antivirus software or firewalls on your PC and on the router that can affect QuickMiner's normal operation. Windows Defender should also not be used or must be configured with exceptions for our software
- recommended GPU driver is used: NVIDIA 522.25 or last AMD Drivers. If you have a different driver version, reinstall it with DDU
- you are not using any third-party overclocking tools (eg. MSI Afterburner). You should only use inbuilt optimization profiles or overclock your devices with OCTune. For NVIDIA devices, you can also try to set the maximum performance power mode as shown in this guide
- your GPUs are not overclocked too much and work at normal temperatures. If you're not sure about this, try using Lite optimization profile for your GPUs or underclock them with OCTune
- you have enough virtual memory. If there are more than 4 GPUs in your rig, enable 4G decoding in BIOS settings
- you have installed the latest stable version of QuickMiner that is available at our Download Center or at Github
- your rig PSU is powerful enough to use for mining. Read this article to learn more
- you are using GPUs that are supported by QuickMiner. Check this page for supported hardware
- there are no existing Internet restrictions or sanctions for your region or network by your ISP, the government, or others
