4300 MB or more free GPU memory is needed error in Excavator
If you experience "4300 MB or more free GPU memory is needed!" error, it means that the Excavator cannot allocate 4300 MB of free VRAM to generate the DAG file.
Possible solutions:
- Make sure that your GPU has at least 6 GB of VRAM
- Make sure that no other mining software is running in background
- Make sure that some other software (video editing or gaming applications) is not running in the background and using GPU VRAM.
- Restart the PC
You can check the GPU VRAM usage in the Windows Task Manager.
