Offline rig notifications not working?
By default, rig notifications are disabled for all newly added rigs. You need to enable notifications in account settings and also on each rig separately.
1. Enable notifications in account settings:
- Open your account settings in the top-right corner
- On the left navigation bar navigate to Notifications
- Enable mining notifications
2. Follow these steps to enable rig notifications in Rig Manager:
- Navigate to the Rig Manager
- Find the rig you want to enable notifications on
- Click 3 dots on the far right side
- Enable Get notified when rig is offline toggle
