A NiceHash LTD account is an account that has not transitioned to the NiceHash Switzerland platform.
When will the Monthly Account Maintenance Fee start being charged?
The Monthly Account Maintenance Fee will be charged starting from January 31st, 2026, to NiceHash LTD accounts only.
How do I know if my account is a NiceHash LTD account?
NiceHash LTD accounts will receive an email within 30 days prior to the fee being charged, giving users enough time to take action and withdraw the funds and close the account.
Will the Monthly Account Maintenance Fee only be charged to the NiceHash LTD account?
Yes, the Monthly Account Maintenance Fee is only deducted from the NiceHash LTD account balance. It is not charged after the account balance reaches zero, and there are no additional costs involved.
What happens when the NiceHash LTD account balance reaches zero?
When the NiceHash LTD account reaches zero, the account will be scheduled for closure. There are no additional costs related to this.
Can I close my NiceHash LTD account before the Monthly Account Maintenance Fee is charged?
Yes, you can close your NiceHash LTD account anytime directly on the transition page when logging in.
I don't have access to my account, can I still delete it?
All account deletion requests must be initiated by the account owner. In order to make sure the request comes from the rightful owner of the account, we recommend that you regain access to the account and initiate the procedure from there.
Can I close the account despite having funds on it?
Yes, an account with funds can still be closed however, we recommend you withdraw them before closing the account.
What should I do if my BTC balance is below the withdrawal threshold?
By restoring access to your account, you can withdraw your funds. If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can use the Lightning network to withdraw, where the minimum amount is only 10 satoshis.
