Account security limits and restrictions

Security of your account is our top priority! To protect your account against unauthorized access, we can impose some limits and restrictions.

The most common ones are as follows:

  1. Enabling 2FA/OTP; your wallet actions are temporarily disabled for 24 hours.
  2. Your account was inactive; you are prompted to finish KYC account verification.
  3. Password reset; wallet actions are disabled for 3 days.
  4. Disabling 2FA/OTP by User; wallet actions are disabled for 7 days.
  5. Disabling 2FA/OTP by Admin; wallet actions are disabled for 3 days.
  6. Account email change; wallet actions are disabled for 7 days.


Below are all the security limits and restrictions if you have your 2FA/OTP activated and if your 2FA/OTP is not activated. We highly recommend you activate your 2FA/OTP immediately! Learn how.

* If the admin disables 2FA, all pools are locked, not just new pools.

2FA/OTP NOT ACTIVATED

72 hours lock!
Activating 2FA/OTP
24h lock for balances below 1 BTC, and 72h lock for balances with more or equal to 1 BTC!
Email change
7 days lock!
Account lock
Until resolved with customer support!
