General Help

What type of Proof of address - POA document can I provide?

Please follow the instructions below when uploading your Proof of Address (POA). Providing a valid and clear document will help ensure your verification is processed quickly.

Accepted documents

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.)
  • Mobile operator bill or statement
  • Bank statement (including neobanks)
  • Document issued by a government organisation (note: not all government documents will be accepted)

Document requirements

  • The document must display your full name and current residential address.
  • It must be dated within the last three (3) months.
  • Information on the document must match the details on your ID. If details differ, the submission will be rejected.
  • The Proof of Address document must not be the same as the ID document.
  • Documents must have a clearly visible issue date. Documents without a date will be considered invalid and rejected.

Format & photo guidelines

When taking a photo or scanning the document, please ensure:

  • The entire document is visible and not cropped.
  • Files are submitted in their original form — either a photo/scan image or the original PDF.
  • Screenshots or photos of a screen (e.g., of a monitor or phone display) are not accepted.
  • Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.
  • When uploading an official PDF, submit the original PDF file (not an image of the PDF).

Unacceptable documents

The following will not be accepted as Proof of Address:

  • Screenshots or photos of documents displayed on a monitor or phone
  • Edited, cropped, or otherwise altered documents
  • Medical bills
  • Purchase receipts
  • Insurance statements
  • Partial pictures or pictures with envelopes or unrelated items visible
  • Any document that does not show your name, address, and issue date

Please ensure your submission follows these guidelines to avoid delays, resubmissions or rejection during verification.

Note: If you are unsure whether a specific document will be accepted, choose a recent official bill, bank statement, or government-issued document that clearly shows your full name, address, and an issue date within the last three months.
