How to successfully complete the KYC process

Things to know before you start the KYC process:

• You must be at least 18 years old and within the accepted maximum age
• You can only complete one KYC for only one account. One user can only have one verified personal account.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the assets to be used on the platform on your personal account.
  
• Before verifying, please prepare a valid (not expired) ID document, such as an ID card, passport, driving license, or residence permit.
• Proof of Address document is also required and it has to include your name, surname and residential address.
  
• Working camera for liveness check
  

Where to find/start KYC?

To start or view the KYC procedure's current status, please navigate to your Account Limits settings. To do so, follow these steps:

• Login into your NiceHash account;
• Click on your profile picture on the top menu bar;
• Click on the “My Settings” button;
• Open the Account Limits section.
• Start Verification

For the purpose of a Business account you have to open a Personal account first and get verified. After creation of a Personal account, the opening of a Business account is a separate process.

Step 1: Declare yourself about beneficial ownership of the assets to be used on the platform

Step 2: Provide the requested personal documents and personal information and answer on the questions in the questionnaire at last step of the verification process

Step 3: Sign the Declaration about identity of beneficial owner using your registered email address and the verification code

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you use the exact email address linked to your NiceHash account. Failing to do so will result in an incomplete declaration of identity for the beneficiary owner, leading to a rejection of the KYC process.
