Why is the speed on the order higher or lower than the limit you set?

Speed limitation on an order is only approximate. Due to technical reasons, it is impossible to provide an exact speed limitation. Nevertheless, keep in mind the following facts:

You're paying for accepted shares and, therefore, even if the speed is a bit above or below the threshold, you're still paying for exactly what your speed is and not what the limitation was set to.
During the order's lifetime, the speed will even out and, on average, it will be very close to the order's speed limit threshold.
