When you purchase hashrate (place an order), NiceHash distributes the hashrate to your chosen pool. Your chosen pool generates your income according to the payout schedule and/or the blocks found.
To view or collect your income, you must refer to your chosen pool. NiceHash does not guarantee that you will generate income in the target pool. NiceHash only guarantees the delivery of your purchased hashrate. Due to technical limitations of the selected pool, the hashrate may not always be fully accepted.
