Where can I see my packages?

All your packages are listed in the My Packages tab. Packages that are still mining are shown under Active Packages, and packages that have ended under Completed Packages.

What does each column show?

Column	What it shows
Package Name & ID	The package you bought and its ID. Keep the ID at hand if you contact support.
Start, or Start / End	When the package started mining and, for completed packages, when it ended.
Earned so far, or Earned	BTC earned on the NiceHash pool. With your own pool it shows N/A, because your pool pays you.
Spent & Remaining, or Spent	How much of the package has been used so far, and how much is left.
Algorithm & Pool	The mining algorithm and the pool your mining power goes to.
Action	The menu (•••) with Details, where you find all package statistics, and Cancel order.

Note: Earnings on the NiceHash pool are paid every 4 hours, so a new package can show zero earned until its first payout.
