The original official version of ccminer for Lyra2REv2 as well as its forks had an issue with difficulty setting, requiring usage of "--diff 2" parameter in order to report proper speed. Yesterday a new version was released with this issue fixed.

You should immediately update your ccminer to the latest official release, available here:

The new version will work out-of-the-box on our service, therefore the parameter "--diff 2" for ccminer is not needed any more.

Additional notes for users, using some other distributions of ccminer: you should make sure that the distribution is using difficulty multiplier 256. Since some distribution might still use the old multiplier 128 you might get only half speed reported on our miners stats page, compared to the speed, reported by the miner. In this case we recommend you to upgrade to the latest official version (see link above) or else you should use the "--diff 2" parameter.
