Following our previous press release, we would like to inform you that Payeer withdrawals are now re-enabled!

We have also removed the wait time for withdrawals on accounts without 2FA, but some limitations remain. Due to security reasons, limitations or delays are as follows:

• A new user without 2FA = withdrawals are disabled, the user must enable 2FA to add new withdrawal address
• An existing user without 2FA and with whitelisted wallet address = up to 48h
• 2FA is active less than 24h = up to 24h
• 2FA is active more than 24h = instant (except large withdrawals)

All wallet withdrawals, withdrawals to Coinbase, and withdrawals to Payeer are now processing normally according to our regular schedule. If your withdrawals are still locked, please read this help article.

We strongly recommend you enable 2FA security for your NiceHash account. Learn how to enable 2FA here. Please note that after enabling 2FA for the first time you will have to wait 24 hours before withdrawals will be allowed.
