AMD announced Radeon RX 7900 XTX and RX 7900 XT graphic cards
Recently, AMD company introduced new Radeon RX 7000 desktop cards. The GPUs are based on the third generation RDNA architecture and represented by two models: RX 7900 XTX and RX 7900 XT. It is also worth noting that RX 7900 XTX graphics card is expected to compete with the recently introduced NVIDIA 4090.
Chinese company Moore Threads introduced first PCIe 5.0 graphics card
Moore Threads, a Chinese technology company, has announced a new desktop graphic card for gamers. It's a MTT S80 model with 4096 cores and PCIe 5.0 support. The company stated about up to 14.4 TFLOPs performance, so the new GPU can be expected to compete in mining profitability with NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti as well as RTX 3070.
World Digital Mining Summit was held in Mexico
From November 8 to 10, the World Digital Mining Summit (WDMS Global 2022) was held in Cancun, Mexico. The event was organized by BITMAIN, one of the largest manufacturers of mining equipment in the world. WDMS 2022 has attended a blockchain experts and representatives of companies from all over the world. According to the summit agenda, the summit was primarily focused on the topics related to PoW mining, miners hydro cooling and unlimited blockchain potential of Latin America.

Google Cloud is running a Solana blockchain validator
This week, a popular cloud platform Google Cloud was running a Solana validator. As it was tweeted, the company is also working to bring the Blockchain Node Engine to the Solana chain next year. Solana is a public blockchain platform that supports a decentralized applications, smart contracts and NFT tokens. The blockchain's cryptocurrency is SOL and can be purchased with Bitcoin at NiceX exchange.
FTX Cryptocurrency Exchange faced a liquidity crisis
In recent days, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, FTX, has faced serious liquidity problems. They were started with the Coindesk publication that was connected to Alameda Research, the quantitative trading company founded by FTX CEO.
It was reported that a significant portion of Alameda Research's assets were FTT, the exchange token issued by FTX.
This was followed by a series of events that brought down FTT token price and led to a decrease in the price of other cryptocurrencies. Currently, withdrawals at FTX are unavailable.
