Latest Crypto News: NiceHash Digest #10

Welcome to the NiceHash crypto news digest. Let's see what happened these last few days.

Bitcoin Hashrate hits All-Time-Highs despite the Bear Market

Despite the fall of Bitcoin’s price, the network hashrate keeps on climbing. Over the last month we saw a substantial increase in network difficulty and, according to Blockchain.com, we have reached a new all-time-high of 273 EH/s on the network as of November 2nd.

For this reason, many are bullish on Bitcoin, as miners keep joining the network and do not seem to be deterred by the drop in price and lower Bitcoin rewards. This also shows that investments are still being made in the field.

If you want to participate in the Bitcoin network yourself, there is no easier way than with our new EasyMining! Give it a try here.

Dogecoin price soars as Elon Musk hints at wallet integration

Dogecoin’s price has skyrocketed in the last two weeks in anticipation of Elon’s Twitter takeover. Last week, we covered a rumor that Twitter may be working on implementing its own crypto wallet. Well, this week, a user questioned if a DOGE solution or payment system for Twitter was being worked on. As usual, Elon replied in his cryptic way, with the “eyes” emoji, potentially signaling that something is indeed in the works.

On Halloween, Musk also posted a picture of his Shiba Inu dog wearing a Twitter t-shirt. This was most likely just a celebration of the acquisition of Twitter, but many still speculate that there might be a second meaning behind this image.
