We recently introduced new Ethereum (ETH) wallets for everyone, and would like to remind you that you must use the NEW DEPOSIT ADDRESS for ETH and all ERC-20 tokens.

Up until the 1st of October, we will recover the funds with no charge, but after this date and funds sent to the wrong wallet will result in an administrative fee to recover.

Many people save their deposit and withdrawal addresses in other exchanges or platforms for ease of use, but make sure that you click on 'Deposit' inside your NiceHash wallet dashboard, and check that you have the new address everywhere that you use it. We know it's easy to forget, so please take the time to verify you are using the correct new addresses.
