Dear NiceHash buyers!

We will upgrade the stratum protocol on the kHeavyHash algorithm on Wednesday the 16th of August.

Only 2Miners pool will be supported right after the upgrade. Make sure to use only the compatible pools. Mining on unsupported pools will not work!

This upgrade is intended to support kHeavyHash ASICs on NiceHash and thus increase the available hashrate on NiceHash. This will also benefit you, a buyer of hashrate, as you will be able to buy more hashrate.

How can a pool become compatible with NiceHash?

We recommend buyers reach out to pools and ask them for supporting NiceHash. All pools that want to be compatible with the NiceHash kHeavyHash stratum must use only 1 byte for nonce instead of 2.
