Dear NiceHash users!

NiceHash strives to make mining available and safe for everyone. In order to reach our goal of providing a secure and safe mining client, we will stop distributing any 3rd party miners that are not signed by a Certificate Authority or verified by NiceHash.

We contacted all of the miner developers with a goal to get the developers to sign the software and thus permitting us to keep the software inside NiceHash Miner. Some of the developers of these 3rd party miners wish to stay anonymous and decided not to sign the software or verify their identities to us. We understand this and we cannot object to it.

Yet, we also cannot distribute unsigned software from anonymous developers. We cannot guarantee the safety of these miners. Also, unsigned and unverified miners increase the risk of malicious attempts towards our users. We will not take that risk as user safety and our users' funds safety are the most important to us.

Currently, these miners inside NiceHash Miners are signed and verified by NiceHash:

• Excavator
• Nbminer
• LolMiner
• Nanominer
• XMRig (opensource)

It is worth mentioning that all of the above miners perform equally, if not better, to other miners that were removed from NiceHash Miner.

If you still wish to add a 3rd party, you can do this via a generic plugin. This is intended for advanced users only. You can find the instructions here.

We are happy to add these miners back once they sign the software or verify their identities according to the guidelines.
