As we approach the monumental milestone of NiceHash's tenth anniversary, I am thrilled to announce my role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for NiceHash, succeeding the legendary Martin Škorjanc.

I am taking the CEO position with a lot of fresh energy, technical knowledge, and a profound understanding of our product, having served as CTO for the past five years. My commitment is steadfast: to build upon the solid foundation laid by Martin and guide NiceHash into its next phase of development, ensuring our continued recognition and leadership in the industry.

Over the past decade, NiceHash has embarked on a truly remarkable journey. From our humble beginnings as a 'garage size' startup to our emergence as a globally recognized company, we've confronted challenges head-on and emerged victorious. With 25 years of experience spanning various software domains, including embedded systems, telecommunications, mobile and desktop applications, AI, data mining, and gaming applications, I am confident to drive the development of innovative features and products that will further solidify NiceHash's reputation as a cutting-edge technology company.

My extensive background in research has equipped me with a deep understanding of technological trends and advancements. I am dedicated to leveraging this expertise to propel NiceHash forward, pioneering groundbreaking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users and the broader crypto community.

As NiceHash continues to grow, introducing processes while maintaining agility amidst external changes presents a significant challenge. My goal is to implement these processes seamlessly, ensuring that we remain adaptable to the dynamic crypto landscape.
