NVIDIA introduced GeForce RTX 4090/4080

At the GTC conference, NVIDIA introduced new GPUs. Jensen Huang, the company's founder and CEO, officially introduced the GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards. GPUs are based on the ultra-efficient Ada Lovelace architecture and represented by two models: RTX 4090 and RTX 4080.

According to our last review and preliminary estimates of NiceHash experts, the hashrate of the new GPUs can be higher compared to the NVIDIA 3090 Ti. We plan to add support of new NVIDIA graphics cards soon and miners will be able to mine crypto with the new introduced devices.

Nasdaq, one of the largest stock exchanges, announced the launch of a new 'Nasdaq Digital Assets' business. It plans to develop a proprietary custody solution that based on the best properties of cold and hot crypto wallets. 'Demand among institutional investors for engaging in digital assets has increased in recent years, and Nasdaq is well-positioned to accelerate broader adoption and drive sustainable growth,' the release quotes the opinion of Tal Cohen, Executive Vice President and Head of North American Markets, Nasdaq.

Colorado started accepting tax payments in cryptocurrency

In the US state of Colorado, authorities added an option to pay taxes in cryptocurrency. It's already available on the state Department of Revenue website. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by PayPal Cryptocurrencies Hub and only available for personal accounts.
