Important information for users! Withdrawals are re-enabled!
Dear NiceHash users!
Following yesterday's press release regarding the unauthorized access to our DNS records at domain registrar GoDaddy, we have new information that is important to secure your NiceHash account!
Withdrawals
We have re-enabled all withdrawals.
If users had 2FA enabled for at least 48 hours prior to the domain access issues they can now continue to request withdrawals normally. Withdrawals to Coinbase and EUR withdrawals are operational, with the exception Payeer withdrawals. Withdrawals to Payeer will be enabled in the following days. If you have initiated withdrawals in the past 24 hours please note that all withdrawals were canceled. You have to initiate a new withdrawal request.
If users have 2FA disabled they must first enable 2FA security, and then they will be able to request withdrawals. Learn how to set up 2FA security for your NiceHash account here. Due to security reasons, please note that after enabling 2FA for the first time you will still have to wait 48 hours for the withdrawal request to be processed.
Notification for miners!
Please check if you see your NiceHash Miner in your rig manager online. If you don't, please try to restart the miner. If this does not help, please install the latest version which is 3.0.5.3. Additionally, flush your DNS cache by using this method: https://support.pearson.com/getsupport/s/article/Reset-an-Internet-Connection-Flush-DNS
If you are using NHOS and you have issues connecting:
1. First reboot your router!
2. Reboot NHOS.
If this does not resolve the connection issues, go to your router settings and set your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, and repeat the steps above.
