For users who withdraw to Coinbase using the free direct withdrawal process, there has been an increased number of 'rejected' free withdrawals from the Coinbase side, so please be aware of this when using the service. 

We have the API set to the maximum, so this is not a rate limit issue, but simply an 'unknown error' on Coinbase side. We have attempted to contact them many times since July about this issue which is gradually getting worse, but as usual, no response from anyone on their team. With 3000 extra support agents hired, it seems surrealistic that a company to company cannot even communicate, but that is the situation we are in.

We advise anyone who has experienced this issue to contact Coinbase support directly, and ask why your free withdrawal has been 'rejected'.

If this has happened, you can still always transfer to Coinbase in a regular withdrawal, and the fees are extremely low at this point (about 4 cents for BTC). To do this, you just need to add your Coinbase wallet address to 'withdrawal addresses' in your account settings, and make the withdrawal to there.
