As announced previously, the final transition to the NEW NiceHash platform will start tomorrow, September 10, 2019, at 12:00 PM (noon) CET and is expected to last up to 24 hours!

HOW TO START USING THE NEW PLATFORM?

Do you already have an account on the old platform? Your email is already in the new database, just reset your password here, and you can start using the new platform.

If you don't have a NiceHash account yet, you can register here.

FOR MINERS:

• Start using the latest NiceHash Miner (version 1.9.2.x) and enter your new BTC mining address. 
• If you are using stratum server URLs, please use our stratum generator and update your connection settings accordingly.
• If you are using ASIC machines, they will start mining on the new platform automatically - no action needed.
• If you are mining to the external wallet address, please read this article. 
  

FOR BUYERS:

• Start placing orders on the new platform. 
• If you are using any API calls, please make sure you update your settings according to our new API documentation. Please also check this page for examples.
• All open orders on the old platform will get cancelled and refunded to your (old) wallet balance.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY FUNDS ON THE OLD PLATFORM?

All of your funds will be automatically moved from the old to the new platform at the end of the transition without any charge (NO WITHDRAW FEES and NO MINIMUM AMOUNT) - so basically you don’t have to do anything, you won't be charged for anything and you will not lose anything, just wait for the announcement that transition is over. This process will work for all balances (unpaid balance, wallet balance, Repayment program balance) IF YOU USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE NEW PLATFORM (account email on the old and the new platform must be the same)!! If you have decided to register a new account with a different email address, you will not get your funds to this new account automatically.

Details about NiceHash Repayment Program are going to be announced in advance later this month - Repayment program section on the new platform is under development. Rest assured, Repayment program will continue without any significant changes.
