Dear NiceHash miners!

A new NiceHash Miner is now available for download. Version 3.0.5.5 brings back the Excavator, an in-house developed miner for NVIDIA graphics cards (supports NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1xxx, RTX 2xxx, and 3xxx series graphics cards)!

Version 3.0.5.5 brings the following changes:

• Excavator miner plugin (as preinstalled miner plugin, ethereum mining works on RTX 2xxx and 3xxx series graphics cards)

PLEASE NOTE: 

- Miner plugins performance may be degraded until they receive an updated from their developers to support NVIDIA GeForce 460.79 drivers! If you experience issues please revert back to older NVIDIA drivers!

- If you don't have access to monitor your rig(s), we advise you to disable auto-update due to Windows Defender. Go to Settings - General and toggle the Auto Update setting.

- If you still have issues with the update please download this version manually.

How to report NiceHash Miner bugs?

Please attach log files (located in the "logs" folder) when submitting a customer support ticket. Tickets can be submitted here.

⚠️Important guidelines for using NiceHash Miner ⚠️

1. NiceHash Miner is usually flagged by AV (anti-virus) software. This is normal, as almost every mining software on the market is blacklisted by AV. Just make an exception in your AV software to enable the proper operation of NHM.
2. You may have to add an exception in your browser to enable NHM download. Learn how.
3. We cannot guarantee for every 3rd party miner code thus you agree to use it at your own risk.
4. We suggest you don’t use cryptocurrency wallets or have any access to any cryptocurrency, sensitive or important data on the same computer where you use NHM. NiceHash will never ask or use your private keys, but we cannot guarantee the same for the 3rd party miners included in NHM now or any time in the future.
5. Add an exception to Windows Defender for the NiceHash Miner folder (after you unzip the package).

It is highly recommended to exclude the NiceHash Miner installation folder from your Antivirus software for proper operation.
