Our wallet provider plans Ethereum (this includes ETH and all ERC20 tokens) service pause on Thursday, April 15, due to the Ethereum Berlin fork.

What to expect?

All ETH (and ERC20 token) services will pause for about 3 hours during the Ethereum Berlin fork. Ethereum blockchain’s upgrade is scheduled for block 12244000 at around April 15, 2021, at 1:50 PM UTC.

All ETH services will get paused an hour before the fork. Deposits and withdrawals for Ethereum (ETH) and all ERC20 tokens will be disabled during this time. All services will get restored as soon as possible.

Incoming transactions will confirm depending on the network. Users will not be able to see the incoming transactions until services are restored.

Outgoing transactions will also start processing and going through once services are restored.
