Changes to Hash Power fixed orders and cancellations

From Monday the 14th June there will be two changes for buyers:

  • All fixed orders will be disabled on the hash power market for all algorithms and markets.
  • Rigs on a canceled hash power order will be compensated for the loss of earnings due to a cancellation. The compensation amount will reflect the number of rigs - the more rigs an order has, the higher the amount.

In order for buyers to avoid having to pay out compensation, orders must either be canceled when no rigs are on order or halted gradually by taking the following steps:

  1. First, lower the speed limit on the order to the minimum
  2. Wait until the majority of rigs are moved to other orders
  3. Then cancel the order

These changes are to improve the overall services of NiceHash. Thank you for understanding!
