Be vigilant: Active phone call scam campaign

We are receiving reports of users being targeted in phone call scams, sometimes impersonating NiceHash support. This is part of a wider scam campaign affecting many companies and is likely the result of one of the many data leaks in recent months.

NiceHash data has not been leaked, all our user data is secure. The scammers are likely matching numbers to emails from other data leaks. Targeting crypto companies and financial institutions are always the first places that scammers will attempt to compromise.

At NiceHash we are well prepared for any such malicious activities and you can see what steps we take to secure users here. The safety of our users is always number one priority, so please be attentive to anyone attempting to impersonate NiceHash.

You can find some things to check for here. If you want to check if your email or phone number has been in any data leaks go to haveibeenpwned.com and if so make sure to change your account email or number.

Nicehash will never contact you by phone.

Users are not required to provide a phone number to use our services and all support is via our platform or email. If you notice anything suspicious please contact our support team from your user account.

Stay safe!
