If you have lost your 2FA code send us an email at [email protected] to request a 2FA reset. Use the same email that you used for registration at NiceHash.
Please follow all four steps in your email request:
1. Can you please tell us why you did not save the key when activating 2FA? If you have saved it, please specify how (copied to paper, photographed, other?) And why you can not use the code now?
2. When was your last successful login and from which IP address?
3. What are your approximate account balances?
4. This step is ONLY for account balances greater or equal to 0.001 BTC. If your account balance is lower then 0.001 BTC than you need to follow only first two steps.
If you wish us to disable your 2FA code, please make a verification deposit of exactly 0.00333333 BTC to your NiceHash account deposit/mining address, linked to your account. Let us know your NiceHash account email once the deposit will be made and if the deposit will be successful we will disable your 2FA code. You will then be able to add NiceHash 2FA keycode to another phone/device and 2FA will be activated again. After this, you’ll be able to place orders or withdrawal requests (including the verification deposit).
